- Business details you choose to share, such as your website, revenue range, list size, ad budget, and what is currently holding your business back
- Anything you write in a message, form field, or email to us
- Billing details if you enroll in a paid program, handled by our payment processor

- IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and general location derived from your IP
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and the ad or link that brought you here
- Cookie and pixel identifiers, described in Section 6
Call recordings
Consultations may be recorded for training and quality purposes. We tell you at the start of the call if it is being recorded, and you may decline.

4. Calls, Texts, and Emails
When you submit a form here you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us about your inquiry and our services, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop marketing emails. We may still send you messages needed to deliver something you booked or bought, such as a call reminder or a receipt.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Text-message consent stays between you and us.
5. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run the business:
- Our customer relationship and marketing platform, which stores contacts and sends email and SMS
- Calendar and scheduling tools used to book your consultation
- Video conferencing used to hold the call
- Payment processors, if you enroll in a paid program
- Analytics and advertising platforms, described in Section 6
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where needed
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising cookies described below.
6. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how the site is used, and others support advertising.
We use the Meta pixel, which lets us measure the performance of Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to people who have visited this site. Meta processes that data under its own policies. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking some cookies may break parts of the site. Where required, we ask for your consent through a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward, generally one year from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Financial and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Call recordings are kept for one year.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and why, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and the right not to be treated differently for exercising a right. Residents of some states may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details you already gave us.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.
10. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
This site links to other websites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. Read their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Where Your Information Is Processed
We operate in the United States and our service providers may process information there. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the one in effect, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
